From the first introductory moment, we jointly draw up a trajectory plan. We cover various topics, such as first impressions, intrinsic motivation, vocational orientation, job application techniques and creating an effective plan of action. In our approach, we aim to bring candidates directly in contact with the right people, without them having to go through CV selection processes. In Jobhunting, we actively participate in the job search, drawing up a search profile with you. We use our existing network and also contact your network to make the search efficient and targeted.

In the Jobhunt phase, we approach various parties, including employers, recruitment agencies, and search for vacancies through online media and job platforms. By using our network and networking with companies where there might be interesting opportunities, we create opportunities for you.
